Reading more pages than the first page from the instruction manual is very useful before the first use. It's not the toy.The devices were perfectly packed and works great, of course, but unfortunately i need a second memory - i thought about it before my first order,maybe i will have chance to buy some older. I'm glad to buy one. Best wishes, R.

If I have windows 8 or 10 software on my computer can I still use the Tis2000? Also can I program with it or do I have to buy a separate tis2000? I would like to add rpo options to a 2003 gmc 3500. Thanks

Sorry it can't support windows 8 and 10 ,our tech2 comes with TIS2000,but we can't make sure it can support the function for the vehicle
