1. Handling Time
Items will be shipped within 48 Hours on working day after order payment.
1) Usually orders after payment will be prepared in 48 working hours before shipping. When meet holidays or weekends, may have a little bit delay.
2) Diagnostic tools & software HDD/SSD will be tested well before packing.

2. Shipping Cost
The product landing page will display the actual shipping cost of the corresponding country according to your location, If not right, you can also choose your own country.

1) Shipping cost depends on the package weight, size (volume weight), delivery area and shipping company.
2) OBDII.SHOP will advance you to choose: the most suitable for you which means the best one for your demands not only on delivery time but also on price. The shipment method you choose can influence the shipping cost and time.

3. Where can we deliver the package to?
We can ship to most countries in the world.
Countries not shipped to include: South Sudan, Palestine.
Click the button on the website of each product then you can see if this product can be delivered to that destination country.

4. Free Shipping
Products marked with the free shipping label on the product page are free shipping, item less than 500g are shipped via USPS, others is shipped via DHL by default.

1) For express, It's really important for you to provide us with your correct shipping address, contact telephone number, zip code, so that we can delivery the item to you effectively and timely.
2)DHL Shipping: Suitable for customers worldwide, which will take 5-7 working days. If your address is a remote area, will need to pay a remote handling fee. Please remember to leave a message if you have any special requirements. DHL remote area check:
3)For Russia, etc. countries, may choose EMS as default shipment directly. If you chosen Express shipping or have special requirements, we will notify you via email.
5) Brazil customers notice
If you are Brazil customers, please mail us telling us in advance your CPF No, it is essential for shipment and customs clearance.
6) Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
Please kindly make sure you have provided correct telephone number along with the shipping address, it's very important for delivery. The shipping company needs it to let you know your item arrives at your final address.

6. Delivery Process:
1) After you place an order, the status will be changed
2) We will email you to confirm shipping information
3) Your parcel will be shipped within 2 working days ( if there is delay for some special circumstances, we will inform you  within 1-2 working days)
4) Shipping company will provide tracking # to us
5) We will send you tracking # via email.

7. factors that may influence the shipping time:
1) Destination. For some remote area and some remote countries, the delivery time is about 1-2 working days longer and you have to pay some extra shipping cost. But EMS, Post have no remote area.Please kindly consider!
2)Package Weight. If the package weight is over 21kg, it will need one working day longer of the delivery time than the package under 21kg.Please kindly consider!
3) Stock Status. Usually when your finish the  payment we will arrange shipment in 2 working days, however if  the item you choose is out of stock temporarily we will try our best to speed up the shipment ASAP. Please kindly consider!
4) the harsh weather condition and festival holiday. Sometimes the bad weather condition and festival will influence the shipping time. Please kindly consider!

8. Delivery delay:Due to COVID-19 there may be delays in order processing and shipping. While we are working to get orders out as quickly as possible, our warehouses will continue working on rotating split shifts with smaller crews to practice social distancing and follow health guidelines.

9. International Shipping Duties & Taxes
- For international order. If the items don't ship from your local warehouse in your country/ region, you, the customer, will be responsible for the import duty, but please don't worry, We will decrease the declared value to reduce your import tax.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We provide a 30-Day Returns Service after delivery, If you are not satisfied with the item you bought or change your mind, please contact us for a return shipping address and ship all the items back to us for a refund in their original package.
