Note: Short press of the "IN" key will not overwrite the data. Only after long press of the IN key and successful recording of new data will the previous data be overwritten.
4. The computer can import data into CTB004 through a professional CAN BUS analyzer.
Applicable scope:
1. Activation of comfort systems such as instrument cluster, entertainment host (large screen), and operation panel, also include HMI (Human Machine Interface), IP(Instrument Pack), EPS(Electric Power Steering), EWP(Electric Water Pump), EACC(Electric Air Conditioning Compressor),etc.
2. CTB004 Support electronic module without handshake protocol or timing synchronization, and also support the data that can be recorded and played by professional CAN analyzers. (Do not support IMMO)
CTB004 Support to import data from computer directly.
Note:
1. Do not support data storage on computers.
2. Cannot perform data analysis, and can only save the last recorded data in the MCU.
3. Due to differences in data for different vehicle models and modules, the recording speed and playback activation operation may vary.
4. Do not support IMMO:

Outside & Inside SMD Switch Function:
1. Turn on SW5 to start the 120 ohm Terminal Resistance.
2. SW1-SW3 control the data playback rate.
How to recording Data and Test the module?
1. Connect to 12V power supply, Power LED turn on red light and always on.
2. Connect to work well CAN BUS Module to record data or input data by computer. Long Press "IN" button, "LED 1" turn on red, from flash to steady.
3. RXD & TXD turn on green light, finshed data recording.
4. Loosen "IN"button, "LED 1" & RXD 's light to be closed. TXD's Green light always on. (It means CTB003 keep Data.)
5. Car Module need to be Off-line/Power-off at least 15s.
6. Use 6P connector connect Car module and CTB003, and then "LED 2" turn on red light, Data start to do playback(start to activate module).
7. Click "Out" button, close "LED 2", Data stop to do playback(stop to activate module).
CTB004 can be reused:
In addition, after the recording is completed and the power is cut off, the power on box will automatically replay the last recorded data.If there is no automatic replay, please press the OUT button to turn it on.
Reason for recording failed:
1. The collected module data may be LS-CAN (<100k).
--You can try to remove the 120 ohm terminal resistor (R2) on the motherboard of the CTB003 and record it again.
2. Confirm the CAN-H & CAN-L direction correctly to be connected
3. Does the data exceed 1M?
4. Some vehicle models require 2-way power supply to drive the instrument panel (refer to the electrical drawings of specific vehicle components)

1.
