1.If you purchase option 1/2/3: SSD,please make sure your computer can use 2.5" hard drive, then replace your computer's hard drive with ours after receiving the item. After booting up, pls contact us to activate software remotely.
Our hard drive cannot be used externally via USB.
If you are not wish to replace your hard drive, please purchase remote installation service.
2.If you purchase option 4/5 : Remotely installation. We will download and install this software remotely on your PC via teamviewer.(Only for installing on one laptop cost)

Due to there have issues that some trucks cannot be tested in the truck software versions after September 2023.09. So our truck software is still equipped with the 2023.09 version for truck software. If you need the truck software version 2025.07, please leave a message to let us know.
